Cycle and workout plan for max growth

Hey guys I'm about to start a cycle of Forged Lean Mass (the one with the epistane, beastdrol and ATD), and was wondering what would be the best split for max growth since the recovery time will be faster (this is my 2nd cycle and my 1st cycle was a complete failure due to diet and not being able to workout, etc. etc.)

I heard a upperbody/lowerbody split throughout the week is good while on cycle, then i heard that day on day off, every muscle group only once a week is better.. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you.
 
yeah, orals and not working out doesn't seem to work well without each other. as far as working out, what is your age, weight,hieght? Are you wanting to gain much bulk or lean mass? I wouldn't do an upper/lower body split. Hit no more than two body parts a day. Doing at least 3 extensive sets on per excersise and dropping reps while increasing weight. Not including warmups.

Example

Mon "International chest day"
Flat bench barbell
warmup 15-20 repsI do 2 or 3 warmup sets because of my panzie shoulders needing extensive warming up)
Set 1 = 12 reps with reps 11 and 12 very hard to complete
add weight
set 2 = 8-10 reps, with last two reps maybe a nudge of help
add weight
set 3 6-8 reps(maybe 4 reps) depending when you need help, but last couple of reps should be very tough

good controlled form throughout

repeat with incline dumbell or barbell

then maybe decline or true dips

then some good cable crossovers.

what ever you do, i would allow at least 48 hrs before working that part or coinciding part again, as long as you really hit that part hard.

if I do chest on a monday, I will not do shoulders or tri's till at least a few days later.

After you gain experience, you can change up things so many ways.
