Hey guys I'm about to start a cycle of Forged Lean Mass (the one with the epistane, beastdrol and ATD), and was wondering what would be the best split for max growth since the recovery time will be faster (this is my 2nd cycle and my 1st cycle was a complete failure due to diet and not being able to workout, etc. etc.)
I heard a upperbody/lowerbody split throughout the week is good while on cycle, then i heard that day on day off, every muscle group only once a week is better.. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you.
