Cycle and suggections...

Those of you that follow my cycles know I ran 1 gram test cyp and 600mg EQ a week for 15 weeks last time around..

I'm running 500mg of test / 400mg of EQ week, with 40mg var first 5 weeks...then switching to dbol for last 5 weeks. Of cource I'll be using Genetics PCT protocol...

Sounds solid right? Reason I'm questioning myself is because tho it was hard coming off a gram I could have done a few things diffrent to ease the lathargy...the depression....ect. ect.

Do I try again and post results?



Let me know what you guys want to see, and I'll experiment.
 
How were your results with your last cycle? Are you dropping your dosages down to hopefully ease recovery or is there another reason? What could you have done to helped with the depression post cycle? I am on a gram right now pre-contest.
 
I'm curious too as well with the drop in doses..I've never ran over 500mg, considering 750mg this time around with EQ/Dbol...also, what advantages do you think you have running EQ at 400mg vs 600mg??
 
To ease in recovery....but don't get me wrong I loved 1 gram, just coming off was tuff, recovery was a breeze, but I had no motivation to hit the gym. To ease with depression I decided to try and bridge my cycle, plus I'm also on HRT this time around no real need for PCT but I find running HCG/clomid/nolva adex during and after a cycle help reduce sides and strain on the body...my opionion here.

My results were noticeable I kept the size, but did drop weight...and my strength went up. I went from 265 up to 275, down to 265 again...but my BF is down 4%, a good trade off.
 
I'm not sure of Genetic's PCT, but I would maybe opt to run HCG during mid cycle, as needsize does, may help you recover easier...I believe he uses hcg and clomid during his "down" time also..what are you at right now for bf%??
 
Body fat is sitting at 12% this is pretty low to me...looking to cut maybe 2% more. I picked up my cardio a bit more and have noticed the blubber melting off....not a bad thing either. I'd like to ideally stay right at 10-12 but still feel I need to bulk...I have some lagging body parts I'll never be happy with but that's genetics..Thanks Parents.

I'm not overly pleased with my parents either. We tend to by nature be able to pick ourselves apart and be overly critical, we notice shit no one else ever would. Overall I guess I can't complain, I don't have a fin growing out of my forehead.
