Cycle advice

Good day all,
As you can see im new to the forum, but i thought since im new to gear i might as well post here :)

My rat is starting his first cycle in a few weeks and want to find out what you guys think of the following cycle's, which one will be better?
He will be doing weight training 5 days a week, and 3 of those days cardio as well, its basicly what he has been doing the last year

Week 1 - 15 testcyp 250 (2ml weekly)
Week 1 - 4 dbol 40mg daily
Week 11 - 15 winstrol 40mg daily
Week 1 - 15 proviron 40mg daily

OR

Week 1 - 12 testcyp 250 (2ml weekly)
Week 1 - 4 dbol 40mg
Week 8 - 12 winstrol 40mg
Week 1 - 12 proviron 40mg

Pct for both
7 days clomid 100mg
1 month novadex 20mg

I basicly want him to build muscle the first few weeks and at the end cut like crazy

On a side not, nothing to do with my lab rat
I'm 27, 1.87m, 110kg at about 18% body fat

I think both cycles are too much for a first cycle in my opinion. I'd just do test 500mg a week, split into two shots, monday and thursday, you can kick it off with an oral if you want e.g dbol. But youre probs going to need some HCG in there too. PCT is weak if you ask me, look into unleashed and post cycle both from needtobuildmuscle. Also I dont really like the idea of bulking and then cutting immidiately after, just seems like you're messing your body around too much, I'd bulk up and add as much muscle as possible, then after the cycle try to maintain as much as possible by keeping your calories up then gradually diet down to get rid of the fat. I'm sure someone else more experienced will chime in with some more advice.

Dont you think my rat should do the 15week cycle then, the dbol and winny will be 2 months apart
This is a very light cycle compared to what others are using

And dont you think using proviron throughout the whole cycle that the mentioned pct will be okay?

15 weeks is defo too long for a first run, you want to keep it nice and simple and easy to recover from. I'd do 12 weeks tops. I dont know alot about proviron tbh so I cant help you there mate. The thing with using different compounds together for the first time is that if you get some sides then it will be harder to pinpoint exactly what cause it, make sense? And there's people in my gym smaller than me running 1g a week but it doesnt mean I'm going to do the same.

I just did my first ever cycle, I did 4 weeks of diesel on its own and I gained like 19lbs, so theres no need to be using 3 compounds on your first run at all, if you eat right and train hard you will grow like a mother fucker on just the test alone.

The provi is supposed to help eliminate the water the dbol causes, its also supposed to help keep you estrogen levels down and it help free up test, its a steroid with almost no anabolic effects, but it like super charges test, but try reading up on it, its a fantastic pill :)

I hope i my rat does not gain 20 pounds, that like 10kg's, my main goal will be for him to gain probaly 5kg muscle and lose 5% body fat (yeah, its like a super rat...lol)

He lost 8kg the last few month, but have been standing still ever since, but got some low carb isolate this week, hopefully he will start lossing again

Your english is fine dude dont worry about that :)

If I was you I'd post your diet up in the diet forum and see if it can be adjusted, theres some really clever guys on here who can help alot if you take the time to listen to them

At 18% bf you need to drop about 4% more before jumping on gear my friend. By running the cycle you have lined up will not get you were you want to be. Put your pride away and get your diet in check. Having too much pride will only cripple your goals. You can easily obtain what you're looking for with a good clean diet. You have way too many compounds for a first cycle and a weak pct with nothing to help you from shutting down completely. Do some more research bro, I'd hate to hear that you have all these sides and a crashed libido and you don't know what to do or what's causing them. Go to the diet part of the forum if you have to much pride to talk to someone face to face. In reality no one cares that you don't know it all. That's why there's people who are dietitians, they're there to help you.
 
Besides the diet and BF % thats rather high, is the main problem the pct?, what do i need to add to the pct to make it better?
Maybe HCG like goldie mentioned?

Okay, how about this, i only run a 10 week cycle, and i drop the winny
So week 1 - 10 testcyp 250 (2ml once weekly)
Week 1 - 4 dbol 40mg daily
Week 1 - 10 proviron 40mg (more of a anti-estro than a steroid)

And then the nova and clomid for the pct?


Then maybe in 6months or so the cutting cycle

that looks good.. id still do more research on pct. look up info on hcg, hcgenerate, post cycle, unleashed, formastanzol

all of those are great and can be combined in many ways to make a great pct.

i use the last 3 all the time and love it
