cycle advice

hey new to the scene just curious about some advice just started back and i guess you could call me a virgin to the age. what would be the best for a guy 5foot 5 180 and just starting . :confused:

We need more info..What are your goals ? Cycle history ? How long have you been lifting ? Are you on a budget ?

never been able to cycle in my life just got the balls now to do it hating the slow ass results and the piss poor ass trainer that i had you all know who he is but i must not say my goals are about basic right now as much as i could say to actually and my budget is not very much limited

I am sorry but I can not understand what you are saying here...What are your goals ? and how many years have you been training ? How many cals do you eat a day ?

i eat about 2500 calories a day and am in the twelve rep cylce for this month and trying to gain size with minimal body fat but unfortunately like somethings when you depend on someone to guide you the way expect a fucking because your are going to get it and also my time is two years with on and off cycles since i am in ems it is hard im tired with not enough sleep and trying to get time is precious so what i am asking for is some kind of help in a way to lead me in the right direction :mix:
 
Okay so we are clear here...You are looking fdor a cycle to put on as much mass as possable with minimal body fat and you are on a budget right ? I can tell you right now that you are gonna have to bump up the cals if you are looking to put on mass and I would make time to eat and train right cause if you can't do that then starting a cycle is not worth it
