whats up guys?
I have been thinking of two diferent cycles, I'm looking to gain a little muscle while at the same time making sure that at the end of the cycle I would remain pretty hard and tight, with improved vascularity.
either: test enth at 250mg/week for 8-10 weeks with winny depot at 50mg/eod for the last 4-6 weeks (followed by post cycle therapy)
or: EQ at 300mg/week for 10 weeks with Dbol for the first 4 weeks (building up to 20mg/day) also followed by post cycle therapy.
I know they are pretty light compared to what most guys here would use, but it would be my virgin cycle, and I am pretty light anyways. I am also considering, anavar, masteron and primo although I would rather go cheaper than these would allow.
I am 22 and have been training for about 5 years, have worked up from about 140lbs to 175lbs at 5'10.
body fat is around 10% at the moment but will be lower when I cycle as I am still cutting (naturally with diet, cardio and clenbutrx).
I eat about 200gs of protein a day, about 2000 cals right now, carbs are pretty low (prob under 100g) and fats I dont monitor so closely.
I lift 4 days a week, with cardio at 3/4 days a week also.
I am also taking cell-tech and mrp's every day as well as centrum for vitamin needs.
any suggestions welcome.
