I have arimidex pills 1mg/each, Test-e and Tren-e coming in and i need advice. I've read alot of threads and done alot of research but am still unsure how to go about it because I'm getting conflicting information. Should i take the tren 2x weekly or once weekly.
I was thinking
-500mg test/week for week 1-12
-200mg tren 2x/weekly or 400mg 1x weekly for week 1-10
-also i was thinking about Adex 50mg eod, i know that seems like alot but im sensitive to gyno flare-ups, also i wasnt sure if i should start the a-dex with the cycle or wait a week or two before, i get conflicting info on this as well.
I have 1mg clom. and tamox pills for pct along with HCG inj.
i am also gettin conflicting info on these as well, how long after the cycle should i start these, I'm generally seeing 2weeks.
I'm also unsure if i should be taking both tamox and clom because they both do the same thing.
Should I take the pct everyday? and how to go about taking the hcg, should i start taking it on-cycle or right after or 2 weeks after with the rest of my pct?
I'm 5'10" 24yo 185lbs 6-8%bf
bench-340 squat-nothing really due to acl injury, deadlift 350lbs <-- thats all natural mid you, just have been at a plateau for 1/2 year now.
