Cycle advice

Hi guys. Please no arsey comments/keyboard warriors but was looking for some feedback on my cycle. I'm a small bloke (5foot 5) 70kg and been training hard for a few years

This will be my first cycle and was going to look something like this

12 week cycle
250mg sust per week
200mg deca per week
15mg DBOL for first 6 weeks

AI will be on hand and proper PCT will be followed. reason I've not run 500mg of sust is because I've heard good gains can still be seen from one amp per week and I'm trying to limit sides. Please only respond if you have had experience with a similar cycle. Cheers for taking the time to read this
 
that's the bread and butter bulking cycle and the amounts Are right. I don't think you need that much gear for a first cycle tho. And what is your proper pct? if it is the same as most people here on EF then you're doing well. id get some caber. what ai are u going to run? and what's your diet going to be like? also what is your bf%?

Cheers mate!. Running 0.25mg ADEX E3D (can increase if sides get a problem) and using clomid HCG and Nolva for PCT. I know members on elite fitness strongly disagree with the use of Nolva when deca or tren is involved but I've had advice from a very wide variety of sources and I can't really see any evidence to discourage me from using Nolva plus hundreds of thousands of people use it in this way and if it was such a big problem I think everybody would know about it. Just my opinion.
 
I'd drop the deca for your first cycle an see how your body reacts to test. It can be pretty harsh for a first timer.
 
Cheers mate, will bare this in mind. Will keep updates on my progress, might be useful for other first timers thinking along the same lines as myself. Gear should arrive next week :)

Well drop the deca and don't use nolva as a pct.. it lowers estrogen but does nothing to restart natural test production.. there is plenty of evidence around that nolva is rubbish..

Whatever you say. Contradicting what you have learned, I've learned that tamoxifen + 19nor = bad idea. The nolva increases expression of the progresterone receptor which could further raise prolactin related sides whilst using a 19nor such as deca or tren. Why even risk it? Use something else. Do you even have caber or prami on hand?
 
Test alone gives great gains no need for any thing else especially first timer!
Just do 500mg sustanon a week front load it with 2ml 500mg then just do either 2 injections a week or just do one your choice them other compounds can be used in later cycles!
 
Personally, I'm not a big fan of sustanon- especially pinning it once a week. From what I understand that will have your test levels on a roller coaster since you are pinning the prop only once a week. That being said, my first cycle was sustanon and I made some ok gains. I had a lot of pip and gave me a wicked test flu. I prefer just a long ester like cyp or e for test only. You definitely need caber or prami to run that deca but I don't recommend it for your first cycle. Listen to the more experienced people here... drop the nolva and get caber/prami if you insist on running deca.

Just cause you pour syrup on shit don't make it pancakes.
