hi im currently dieting to cut, taking eph as well. just wondered if any experienced guys could let me know what they think of it. im 20, 180lbs and got little bf, just want to get stomach trimmed up )i know u cant spot reduct butthats th only fat i got really).

8:00 75gms porridge oats with added bran, protein shake, 3x ephedrine tabs (30 mg each)

10:30 2x canned tuna w/extra light mayo

1:00 200gms chicken breast

4:00100gms chicken breast

6:30 200gms salmon w/ baked potato, veg and fish sauce (or steak veg potato and gravy)

9:30 100gms chicken breast

also i've just got some 200mg caffeine tabs does anyone know how much of them i should be taking with the eph?

thanks for any input

that looks nice, only thing i can think of is adding a tablespoon or so of some EFAs

i believe you add 200mg of caffeine to every 25mg of eph. you would want to spread it more thought the day; not all at once.

do i NEED to do much cardio - i do a 20min run about 3x a wk at the end of weight training, but i have low bf anyway its just my mid-section i want to lose. ?????

you do not NEED to do cardio at all to cut. as long as you are eating under your BMR you will lose fat. cardio speeds things up. what would be better, if you are looking to speed up the fat loss is one of two things... run longer i.e. 30-45mins 3x a week or do HIIT for thoes 20mins... or mix and match the two... but 3 times a week is enough.

close as its on diet board.

A quick word on cardio and cutting

IMO - you are far better doing much LESS cardio on a tighter diet than excess cardio on a looser diet as it ramps cortisol levels
