Cutting up on Dbol?

I am running 5mg pinks at 20mg a day, for 42 days straight. I will be adding 200mg of Deca for weeks 3-12.

I just recently took off for about 3 months becaus I started getting tenis elbow really bad while coming down off my 400mg, Test Cyp. 10 week cycle. I went from 195lbs down to 170lbs in about 3 months. I got completly off my diet and quit trainning. I also skipped post cycle therapy. LIVE AND LEARN.

Well this time I would like to keep gains and focus on quality over quanity. How much can I scale back the calories and get a decent gain in strength, along with some good lean muscle?

I have HCG and Clomid that I will be running post cycle this time!

just make shure your protien is as high as you can get it and your carbs as low as you can get it.

I would take in your carbs only just before you work out(fast carbs)...then after you work out take in slow carbs for recovery.

Those being your only carbs for the day you should stay lean. Your body will use those carbs to power your muscles for your work out..then use them to recover your muscles.

PS. Depending how your body takes to deca only...Say bye to mr.winkie. Run some test like 250mg a week w/ it..you will get good gains then..Dont expect much from 200mg of Deca alone if your last cycle was 400mg of test cyp.

I do realize this, but funds were low and I was just wanting a solid boost after a 3 month lay off. The 200mg of Deca is to stop joint pain aswell as aid in keeping Dbol gains. Would anyone recommend uping my Dbol dose to 30mg daily for M-F, for 4 weeks instead of 20mg for the 42 days?
 
Deca won't cure tennis elbow. If you haven't fully recovered from the tennis elbow then i wouldn't get on a cycle.
 
Also why not just run the deca and dbol starting the same day...Then it will only be a 10 week cycle. Deca 200-300 mg/week with 20-30 mg dbol a day should produce some decent gains...(I keep my dbol dosage at 20 mg/day and below otherwise the sides are just too much for me to handle personally)

I didn't want to wait! having all my gains vanish really made working out depressing. Also, I have a friend at the gym that swears by smaller doses for longer cycles.

The reason why I asked this question is because on day seven I still did not notice any jump in strength. I was thinking maybe I was scaling back the calories too much. How long does it usually take for you guys to start noticing decent gains using Dbol?

Don't believe this. I f you want to take something before WO have some protein and fats. I prefer to not eat before for about 3 hours. Trust me...it isn't too catabolic to follow this procedure but if you eat hi GI carbs before workout your intensity will suffer and there might occur a high decrease in performancce.
 
I'm confused....your 170# and want to addd some size then keep it while getting lean. Why is everyone telling you to stay away from the carbs? If you run a low carb diet on dbol and deca you will limit you gains. I would keep the cabrs and protein high, but keep it clean. Get good carb replacement following a hard glycogen depleting workout. Eat for the size and keep your protein high coming down while moderating your carbs to early in the day, but restricting them throughout the cycle is a mistake when you've already dropped to 170#

hey, i would stick with just the dball @50mgs per day....real cheap stuff...then spend my money on some arimidex instead of deca. make sure the protein you intake is quality and get some cardio in a few times a week and you will be straight. do eight weeks of this if you can handle it and you should have your gains back in no time. make sure to get ahold of a few bottles of ALA to throw in with your diet for carb manipulation and liver protection.
