Cutting Soup

I used to use this recipe during wrestling to cut weight...added some chicken to it to give some protien...

-6 cups water
-2 to 3 tbs chicken boullion (to taste)
-2/3 medium onion
-1 cup chopped celery
-1 cup sliced mushrooms
-2 medium chicken breasts

you can eat as much as you want to basically...

you brown the chicken breasts...chop it up, then add everything in a pot and boil for approx 30 minutes.
 
if you don't want to use broth or boullion
in the restaurant we would get bone in chicken breast or a whole chicken and leave bones in
use cold water
add bay leave, thyme and rosemary
and season to your liking with salt and pepper
lemon juice is a nice addition
