Cutting Protein Shake

When cutting, how may cal/fat/carbs/protein should your shake have in it.

I want to make sure that I am not taking anything that will bulk me up.
Trying to cut fat.
 
As long as your in a calorie deficit you can put what you please in it. If it's meal replacement get some carbs, whey, and some good fats.
 
sublime is right, calorie deficit is the main thing.. my shakes usually consist of 1/2 c raw plain instant oats, 40-50 g protein (whey/casein mix), and 1 T ground flaxseed meal.. sometimes I lose the oats if i'm cutting carbs that day and add another tablespoon of the ground flaxseed
