Cutting plan.. please perfect.

Hei guys I posted on the Diet board but didn't get many views.

I'm starting my cutter tomorrow. a light cycle with cardio and diet

How's this plan sound :

CARBS: 25%
PROTEIN: 50%
FAT: 25%

Calories will be rotated (ala Mr.X)

DAY 1: BW X 12
DAY 2: BW X 13
DAY 3: BW X 12
DAY 4: BW X 10
DAY 5: BW X 10
DAY 6: BW X 18 - Friday go out day
DAY 7: BW X 11
*BW = Bodyweight in LBS.

Cycle would be: WK1-12 Enathate@250, EQ@400

Supps (among others not listed)
GlucorellR (100mg with every meal. 200mg post workout)
Thermorexin (1cap x 3 times a day)
Half tab Dostinex (0.25mg) every third day

Weight training 3 times a week (EOD actually) I feel that if
I lift too much and do cardio and on a hypocaloric plan
I tern to over-train easily.

Cardio: 5 times a week AM Cardio(empty stomach) for 60min.
@ 150-160 pulse
Followed by 45min of no food and then eat.
 
"cutting" would go 10-12 times bodyweight and keep the all out day. I personally keep my fat and carbs very low and when I get a brain freeze consume some almonds. put some EFA'S in there but decrease fat intake. My cutting diet is more 60/30/10 and 70/20/10 as contest gets closer. I like the cardio iin there but maybe 4 days as opposed to 3? try to get 7 meals in so you eat every 2 -2/12 hours and after a few weeks with cardio, diet, and fat burners your body becomes a fernace. i avoid dairy, sugars, juices, and keep red meat to twice a week. also 2 1/2 gallon water a day will work wonders while cutting.
 
Lower the carbs even more. If you get sugar cravings drink diet soda. Worked great for me before contests.
 
also love crystal light. at my bodyweight carbs are about 155 and as weeks get closer to show around 100 or so. Last few weeks go way way down.
