Alright well i am looking for an intense... real good cutting routine.
I want to give it my all for the next 2 month before the summer starts.. the thing is i don't want to lose any strength nor stay the same... i want to gain at the same time.
I was told about some Power Matrix routine, but have no idea what that is.
Can anyone help me out here?
