cutting gel??? does it work??

Im at 7% bf and still have a little bit of fat around my abs and some love handles, just thought I would see if anyone knows anything about this stuff, I saw it at the supplement store the other day. If not, how low do I need to get my bf to lose those damn love handles?!?!?!

Spot reduction does not work.
Cardio, diet, clen, T3 and patience will get rid of those love handles.
Men are predisposed to accumulate fat in those areas and it first on last off.

Totally agee with the above statement. I have my upper abs in but am havng a hard time with my lower one. I have been taking a water pill for the past week and it is working pretty good for me.

i am also 7% or lower, and shit i can not get my lower abs lookin as good as my tops. no love handles for me but would love the bottoms abs to pop out

I didn't interpret the post the way you did, but you bring up a good point...... I would not recommend the specific product "Cutting Gel" you get in GNC for example. I tried it a long time ago before the products I previously mentioned, and it did nothing.
