here's the deal. my friend is a startup model and he started out pretty skinny - 6", 160 but good proportions for a model. so he did a bit of bulking and now he's gone up to 176 but bf is around 14% now and there's no way he can take his shirt off at a show. now, this guy doesn't know an awful lot about working out and he wanted to know how he could get cut up... well i think that for him it would be ok to get to around 8-10% bf without AAS. here's what i suggested:
mon:
bench 1 warmup set, and 4x10
tri's 3x10 (exercise of choice)
delts 3x10 (exercise of choice)
lats 4x10 (exercise of choice)
bi's 3x10 (exercise of choice)
squats 1 warmup set and 4x10
abs
(fast tempo, as little as possible rest time and weights about 70% of max. he should finish all this in one hour and if he has some time after this, some high speed cardio to get to an hour. also, no cables except for lats)
tues:
HIIT style workout
wed:
same as mon except incline bench
thurs:
rest day
fri:
HIIT
sat:
same as mon except decline bench
sun:
HIIT
i just gave him some general diet tips... more egg whites, less rice/pasta, 2 glasses of milk, lots of water, fruits, eat before weight training but not before HIIT and spread out the meals a little more to have at least 4, preferably 5 a day. basically i know i can't make this guy get hardcore about eating... and i figured this was the best he will do.
how does that sound to you guys given the circumstances?
