cutting diet with Test E./Deca cycle???

Aight, here is the truncated version of the diet. I snagged it a few months back on EF.

Meal #1
5 oz. lean meat (93% or leaner beef, Chicken, Tuna or Turkey Breast)
+ 5 egg whites, 1 yolk
+ 1 cup steamed oatmeal (I use steel cut oats and steam them in a rice steamer)

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Beverly International - Ultra Size in 14 oz water (or other ‘High Quality’ protein supplement)

Meal #3
8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) or 9 oz can tuna
2-3 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.)
2 TBS Newman’s Own Vinegar and Oil dressing or make your own with 2 TBS Vinegar,
1 TBS Flax Oils and spices for flavor
– OR –
1-Cup Green Beans

Meal #4
Same as Meal #2, plus ½ banana, 1 tsp ANPB (all natural peanut butter)

Meal #5
8 ounces lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish, 93% or leaner beef, etc.)
2 cups vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach or zucchini)
- OR – another salad as in Meal 3

I guess my point is with strict adherence to this diet (and with the understanding that my lifting is on point and intense), will I get much out of a Test E/Deca cycle? Are there enough cals in this bad boy to create a synergistic effect where I can shed fat but swell up?!
 
From personal experience, I've never been able to "look" cut-up while on a test and deca cycle, even on a "cutting diet" and even while taking an AI at decent dosage. I bloat up with test alone... add deca and I'm the Michelin man! It's not until several weeks after the cycle that I lose the bloat and I see the results I like. However, I feel that you need to pack in the calories with deca, otherwise you don't gain as much. With something like tren, you can be on a calorie-deficient diet and still get some nice solid gains.

Cardio and diet, and you can cut.
 
FYI, I'm not looking to "shred" or drop below 10% just yet. I'm at 16% now and I'd be happy around 12%. I lose too much strength below 10% and I like the look and feel of being somewhat sizable. That being said, let me clarify. I'm looking to cut from 16 to 10...not literally CUT UP.
 
That diet looks pretty good.
Not sure on the exact P/C/F and cals. though.
Was that a diet that Quad wrote up?
It looks familiar.
Since you only want to get down to around 12%, you should have no problems accomplishing that level of bf w/ those compounds.
I don't think it's necessary to do the typical prop/tren unless you're trying to get really low.
 
I am about to run the same cycle with the same concerns. Like everyone else has stated....diet! Yours looks pretty good. I would add some flax seed oil to your protein shakes or some natty pnutt butter. Dont skimp on the fats. What are the amounts youll be running and what are your anti E's?
 
planning on running 500mg of test e. and 300mg of deca for 10 weeks. I have liquidex that I may run ED for a bit for bloat and hcg for a few weeks during. and I have clomid and nolva if neccesary for PCT
 
Well the diet started today. I WILL NOT start this cycle without zeroing in on the diet first. I'll let the diet run a few weeks to be sure I'm in the zone and strict, and then I'll stick a needle in my ass. GIDDY UP!!!
 
I agree with pretty much everything else said here, its a good cycle for maintaining mass while dieting, but the bloat will make it tough to see how much fat is left. I went with enth and eq this time, i am using femera to stop the bloat from the test, and the eq doesnt bloat...and you can see in the pics I just posted, bloat isnt so bad with this combo
as for diet, I go with 6 meals, but only have carbs during the first 4, baked potatoes or shredded wheat, around 50 carbs per meal, the last two are just tuna and maybe some veggies...using that I just dropped 25lbs in 5 weeks
