cutting diet with Test E./Deca cycle???

Clearly unorthodox, but I know a few guys have said they do it. Who are you and what kind of results do you get? I'm sure it takes you away from the bloat and gives you more of a jacked look. Anyone???? :chomp:
 
It's all in the diet. I'm running test e/eq and lost 3 lbs last week after switching up my diet (450g P, 200g C, 20g F a day) and adding 30 minutes of evening cardio.
 
Around 14%. If that's you in your avatar, I'm close to your build, a little thicker in the gut though.
 
tring the same thing now i stay away from fat no carbs. after 6pm all i eat is eggs meat and fish and protein shakes no junk food i workout hard at 6:30am to 7:15am and at 7:30pm i do a somewhat light ab workout about 10 to 15min. then 30min. on treadmill i do this 5 days a week rest on weekends but still eat the same
 
That's me. The pic does me no justice. I should re-up. That was about a year ago at about 190. I'm 210 right now...lol. Much larger now and my role at work completely changed so I don't burn half as much calories, but my diet is much improved. Anyway, I hate the bloat with test e/deca, but I love the results in mass. If I can control with diet and cut, I'd be psyched. Any recommedations on diet? You got one to share?
 
No reason not too.
Diet and cardio will control whether or not you cut or bulk.
With that cycle you could cut or bulk if done properly.
 
DIET.......someone give me a diet! lol...........I posted in the diet forum but I feel I need some juice flavor on the recommendation.

Why don't you post a guidline and we'll give you pointers and make adjustments to it.
 
I figured MacGyver would take a box of matches, some steel wool and a duracell, tape it to a kitten's ass and create a 5.4 on the richter scale of Johnny's dieting. OK.....I'll whip up my notes in the morning and post it.
