Cutting Diet Starting August 19th lets review

Please Review:

6:30 - 10 egg Whites 1 tbsp of flax oil

7:00 - 1 hour aerobic exercise

8:00 - 60g protein shake

11:00 - 12oz. sole or roughy, side of broccoli

1:00 - 1 hour anaerobic exercise except Sundays

2:30 - 60g WPI, 30g dextrose shake

5:30 - 2 chicken breasts, side of asparagus

8:00 - 9oz. NY steak side of broccoli 3/4 cup steamed rice

9:00 - 1 hour aerobic exercise

11:00 - 10 egg whites
 
Cadio on empty stomach

Cadio last thing JUST before bed - just stick with am cardio at first save the 2x a days until you hit a plateau.
