Cutting diet. How Many days cardio and how many days lifting?

During a cutting diet how many days would I need to lift vs doing cardio (if Lifting and cardio were done on separate days)?

Would doing cardio right after a lifting be effective in losing bodyfat?
 
From what i've been told a good amount of times at my gym, and on forums( im also cutting but im not sure how much more weight i can lose 6'0 158 lbs lol.) its best to do more cardio then lifting if you are trying to lose bodyfat. BUT, always incorporate some sort of weight training in your workouts even if its a couple.
 
you could do 3-4 mornings of fasted cardio or directly after training with weights ( except on legs day :) )

Agree, I prefer the long duration, low intensity cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I work up to 5 sessions a week.

I cant do morning cardio. I work 5 days a week and I lift mon wed thu sat sunday.

Would tue and fri be enough for cardio or would cardio right after lifting be effective in losing bf?
