Diet:--------40% carb - 40% pro - 20% fat (14 cals X bodyweight)
weights:---All I can handle with plenty of cardio (two rest days a week)
Base:-------Test - 200mg to 300mg a week (keep sex drive alive)
---AS:-------Fina 75mg EOD
---AS:-------Winny 50mg Tab ED
Insurance:-Arimidex 0.25mg Tab EOD (water retention)
Insurance:-Finestride 1mg Tab EOD (hairloss - prostate)
Insurance:-Nolvadex 20mg (Plenty on hand for emergency)
Post Cycle:-Clomid 200mg 1st week 50mg 2nd week

Questions:
1) Can Anavar be included to help acheive goal (Cutting) or would this be overlkill with included AS's?

2) Did I miss anything?

3) Opinions sought

i wouldnt take Finestride with fina and winny so leave that out.....

most people hair is fine on winny and fina...and your test is low so your hair should be fine...and do a search you can find some info on this like there are shampoo's you can use...but you should be fine i say..

Would throwing Anavar into the mix be a waste with this cutting cycle?

if not then how would you incorporate it

anavar is good i would add some creatine with anavar always..
