Cutting cycle log

okay so it that time, springs coming up and i wanna be in good shape for summer

Stats
5'10, 226 pounds, bf% 10

CYCLE

test cyp 500mg wk/ 8 weeks
tren eth 350mg wk/ 8 weeks
letro .75mg EOD 8 weeks
T3 25mg ED, weeks 2-8

Workout split

DAY 1: legs, abs
DAY 2: biceps, traps, middle deltoid, calves, forearms
DAY 3: rest
DAY 4: back
DAT 5: chest, abs
DAY 6: rest or repeat (by time im mid way through cycle doubt ill need a rest day)

not going to outline my workouts, they always change so theres no point drawing them up

Nutrition

going to be carb cycling

Day 1: medium carbs
Day 2: High carbs
Day 3: low carbs
Day 4: low carbs
Day 5: medium carbs
Day 6: low carbs

carb intake
low carb: day 300 grams carbs
medium carb day 350 grams carbs
high carb day 550 grams carbs

Protein intake constant at 500-550 grams a day

Fat intake constant 60 grams a day

I dunno man it seems like it's always harder to get aggressive with machines. When you're deadlifting if you aren't aggressive you just won't get the lift. With machines you can get lifts without feeling too aggressive most of the time. Great work though I don't remember if you said but what is your goal, ie what bodyweight do you want to hit?
 
If you get a chance man post up some pics of your quads I've decided a good set of quads looks almost sicker than good upperbody
 
some strong pulldowns man! Have you not done weighted pullups in a while because of the belt not being able to hold the weight or what?

sweet man good luck with those deadlifts when are we gonna see 700 out of you? So what do you think of those 1 leg leg presses are they a good exercise? You seem to use them a lot
 
nice man you should definitely do a workout every once in a while without the hooks to keep your grip up. On a side note we need to get more people viewing this log you got a great log solid strength and size more people need to get their ass in here!!!!
 
lol agree man, my grips still strong but fuk it hurts my hands not using the hooks

definetaly going to do few sets here and there without hooks just to make sure my grip stays strong

lol dw about people looking at my log man, i keep this mainly for myself so i can monitor my strength progress, alwise id forget half my lifts lol

anyways today was another good workout

Notes: felt litttle tiered today sinc ei only got 6 hours sleep last night so wasnt feeling 100% btu still felt strong and was ready to train hard

lol yea i use to keep a LOG, i use to print out demotivational posters like this one

then use the back to LOG my workouts in the gym, use to motivate me heaps in the gym lol

but now i became lazy and can almost remeber all my lifts, and if i cant i just chek this LOG

not to sure on ym bodyweight, ill chek it out today at gym like i always do

Anyways yesterday was another ghreat workout

Trained: chest, middle shoulers, forearms, biceps, traps

Notes: did bench press for the first time in 5 months and FML lol, i lost some strength, although i saw this coming since the same thing happened when i stopped doing incline presses and barbell shrugs for the same amount fo time

im not fussed though, ive put my incline up from 242X3 to 320X4 reps in under 2 weeks, so im sure like this lift muscle memory will kick in quick and my bench will be back in the 350s give it 2-3 weeks

okay update rave party fopr my bday didnt go so well

got picked up at the front by sniifer dog with 3 xtc tablets, i got striped searched, questioned and let off with warning an counselling

cab ride home it turned 12 o clock and the cab driver was the first person to wish me happy bday

unfortunaly also gave my phone to my mates so had no contact with anyone

now at home tryin to contact friends who have my mates number sot tell em alright lol

on the bright side, atleast i didnt take drugs and i preserved a shitload of muscle HAHAHA

You're lucky you got off easy though a guy at my old work had xtc and was at a rave and 2 girls were begging him for some and when he finally agreed they're like you're going to jail we're undercover. He got 45 days jail time

would you mind posting an average daily intake of protein carb fat while on cycle then another one for an average day off cycle?

okay well here have been some of my lifts for the past few workout

trained chest other day

Total: 10 sets

best lifts of the day
Incline bench press 405X1, dropset 330X5
flat bench: 352X5

today trained: back

total: 6 sets for lats, 8 sets for inner back and rear delts

best lifts of the day
v bar pull downs 405X5
reverse grip pull down 385X6
V bar cable row 405X9, 411X6
wide grip cable row with lat pull down bar (strict form): 374X7

Notes: recovery has weakened and im getting fukin sore the next day,

energy in the gym has been shit and ive been forcing every set

, my appetite also has crashed for some reason an i been force feeding

gained a little fat lately sinc eim trying to keep calories high and maintain my size

Bodyweight: 236

That makes almost no sense that you can bench 405 on incline, but not on flat. Sounds like maybe your technique on flat might need abit of work.

A 405 incline is definitely more impressive than on flat. If I could incline that I wouldn't be too concerned with flat benching it.:D
 
its rare but not unheard of for someoen to incline more than flat, iv heard of it a couple of times before

props on a 405 incline, that's badass

Alright everyone...I'll give away his true age. He's 85....fucking incredible isn't it? I heard rumors he's been cycling for 60 years..... Damn what a body for his age....
