Cutting cycle for Summer 2014....

Ok, Im 43, 13-15% b/f, diet, cardio will be spot on, training will be exactly the same as when bulking, I was thinking of:

Primobolan weeks 1-10 600mg p/week
Winstrol weeks 1-6 50mg EOD
Test Prop 6-10 100 mg EOD

What do you reckon?
 
I'm not a huge fan of primo. I think you'd get the same results for cheaper if you just ran Prop and winstrol for 8 weeks. 100mg/eod on the prop, and starting winny at 50mg per day, looking to bump the dosage up as the cycle progresses. Maybe throw in that compound GW-50 and you will be golden
 
I would start the test from day 1, and I also agree that Gw50 would be a great addition since its perfect for cutting fat. Sarms1 has some great stuff. I don't have experience with Primo, but I know a lot of people love it. The downside obviously is the price point.
 
Looks good to me, though you may be happier with primo at 16 weeks. Either way, I agree that GW is a great addition to any cut. It's very effective
 
i completely disagree with the negative comment about primo... trust me when i tell you, there is nothing like it... you should definitely run it longer than you have it though... here is what i would do with your stats and goals...

Dylan.....I'm glad you have posted as I watched your you tube post on Primobolan with great interest....im confused as to why you have suggested Test Cyp on a cutting cycle? Did you mean Test prop?

Because primo should be ran for a longer duration, a longer ester test makes more sense rather than pinning prop for 14-16 weeks. You can cut just as easily on long esters anyway.. It's the only way I cut. Water retention comes down to diet
 
Last year I tried cutting on Test Cyp but even though I was on low carbs I just couldnt get cut like I did with Winny in the past

If you are cutting you might switch your training to lighter weight's and get into the 5 set/bodypart, 15-20 rep range with less than 60 second breaks between sets. Take advantage of hypertrophy. It'll also be some serious addition to your cardio.

I know of people who went to higher reps when cutting and their muscles lost fullness and looked all stringy - no need to train any different when cutting IMO.

It depends on intensity and volume. If you are going higher reps you need to increase volume quite a bit and have a ton of intensity. I don't think guys like Robby Robinson ever looked flat and he was a 20 rep per set guy. Most people that change to high reps turn into pussies and do the same shit they are doing just with lighter weight.

You can run prop if you want but its a lot of pinning for that length of time and its not necessary at all when you cut just the same with cyp... control your estrogen and train for cutting and you will cut up nicely...
