Cutting and creatine

i have been doing a very good job of cutting and my abs are coming through nicely. I am thinking about adding some creatine. Would this negatively effect my ability to get cut. Would it make the abs look bigger or just add water and reverse the effects of my cutting. THanks for the help.
 
Some people do hold extracellular water on creatine (i.e. get "bloated") -- most do not.

In any case, it will be temporary, so you might as well try it.
 
creatine before workout = for strength

creatine after workout = for increased recovery - size
( and possibly bloat????)

I think you kinda need creatine / vanadyl / glutamine to allow for intensive wotkoutz eventhough bodyfat is low. This in turn will keep your muscles alive, provided enough protein/ rest is taken
