Tren - 150 mg/EOD
Test - 100 mg/EOD
Clean diet...chic breasts, veggies, oatmeal, some PB, keeping cals at 2250/day
Cardio - 45 min 5x/week on empty stomach
Weights - Hitting major muscle groups 2x/week.
First cycle in 12 years by the way.
Current weight - 167, prob 13.5% BF.
Will I add any muscle with it? Will it help me cut?
