Cuting Diet!!!!

I am doing a diet, And I like to get some feadback and suggestions to see if I am doing ok!!!

Status:

5'-11"
175 lbs
13-15% bf

Goal:

175 lbs
8-9 % bf

Training

Mon-upperbody 100% -abs
tus-20 min cardio
wen-leg-abs-20 min cardio pm
thur-off
fra-upperbody 100%
sat-20 min cardio am-abs

Diet

6:00 am
4 egs whites
1 yolk
oatmeal 1/4 cup
cup of fat free milk
1 serving eas whey protein

9:00 am
can of tuna
1 tbls olive oil
1/8 onion chop and lemon juice
5 saltines

12:00 noon
4.0 oz. steak maybe chicken or fish
1 small broil potatoe

3:00 pm (pre workout meal)
can of tuna
3 tbls cottage cheese

4:00 pm
work out for 1 hour

5:00 pm (post workout)
1 cup of milk
2 servings eas whey protein
1 tbls of sugar

7:00 pm
4 oz. steak maybe chicken or fish
2 broil potatoes small

8:00
20 peanuts

9:30 (before bed)
1 cup of milk
2 servings of whey protein

And to mention I drink about 7 liter of water a day
so please some help me!
how can I improve mi diet?
 
so ur hoping to lose around 6% bf and stay the same weight, dont we wish we could all do that, sorry but your goal should be losing 1-2 lbs a week if u want to cut bf% ur not gonna stay the same weight and lose bodyfat. ur diet food choices dont look bad, u might want to consider changing the saltines they arent that good of a choice, also yes simple sugars are good postworkout, but not just plain old table sugar if thats what ur referring to postworkout, it is half fructose. also ur training looks a little week, i dont know how u are going to be able to do shoulders, back, bicep, triceps, and chest all on teh same day and keep gymtime 1 hour a little over or under, spread it out.
