Cut or bulk

Hey guys,

I plan to start some serious gym work-out, so I need your opinion about which goal should I set up to myself.

Age: 22
Weight: 183 lb
Height: 6'2"

My BMR is fine, but I think I have a pretty high bf, and the biggest problem is my belly which is too big for this weight, otherwise I look kinda skinny. I'm wondering should I first cut off the fat and then start bulking, or just start with some clean bulk?

You're not ready for bulking my friend. However, you're young so I'm not sure what resources you have on hand and what you can do with your diet. Judging by your pics, I suggest you go with a bodyopus/evolutionary , even a hybrid-TKD, depending on what you can handle with your schedule and lifestyle. You'll need to tone up, lose some bodyfat and get in good shape before you consider bulking up.
