Cut cycle

Stats: 5'6 178lbs. Aprox 15% bf
22 yo training for six years
This is the fifth cycle, my first two cycles were not good, i was too young and was unaware of what i was doing. Last cycle was a tren, anadrol, test prop cycle. I wanted to use this cycle to drop body fat and increase some lean muscle mass.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Wk 1-6 test p 50mg eod
Wk 1-6 tren ace 75 mg eod
Wk 1-6 proviron 25mg ed
Wk 6-10 nolvadex 40mg ed
Wk 6-10 clomid 5mg ed

Your pct sucks. I dont see any cycle support. And your seriously undersized for someone with 5 cycles under your belt. I think you should get your diet and training in order, and once you get to 180lbs with 10%bf then run a test cycle with an oral. Juice isnt necessary to get to 10%. Diet and training is all you need. And I still feel your too young for juice, but its your decision to make. As far as the cycle you laid out, Id run it as follows.
1-8 test p 100 mg eod
1-6 tren ace 75 mg eod
1-6 proviron 25 mg day
7-9 hcg 250 ius 2x week
1-10 caber 0.5 mg every 3 rd day
1-10 adex 0.5 mg eod or as needed
9-13 clomid 25 mg day
9-13 post cycle/ unleashed combo
13-17 bridge( highly reccommend)

Thanks, as for my size your right, i was ill for almost 5 months about a year ago which set me very far back. At my best i was 5'6 195 aprox 12% bf. I wont be doing this cycle for another 6-12 months. Thanks again

Thats makes sense. I think you could definitely get back to 195 within that time. Good luck.

Dont ever run nolvadex with tren or
Deca. And honestly, dont ever take nomvadex period, bc its shit

But good to see that you realize you were (as we all were once) young & stupid..

What's the diet look like?

Training as follows: Wed: chest and tris
Thur: 45 min cardio
Fri: Back and biceps
Sat: 45 min cardio
Sun: shoulders traps legs
Mon: cardio
Tues: off
Diet as follows: 250g of protein. 100g carbs 50g fat about 1800 calories
Protein consists of eggs, egg whites, chicken and fish

Carb consist of oatmeal, and green veggies. Oatmeal consumed with breakfast and veggies consumed at lunch
Fat consists of olive oil which is consumed at dinner with lean meat or in a protein shake, away from carbs.
Every tuesday on my day off is Carbload. Consuming about 400 carbs at an all you can eat sushi buffet haha
I am also taking oxyelite pro while consuming a gallon and a half of water ed

This has worked for me, for a while i have stopped suddenly in fat loss once i hit my current bf of 14-15%
