customs twisted

Today I received a slip from the post office that said "sorry we missed you" and has letter checked + certified checked. I'm not expecting a letter of anykind. Could this be from customs?

In recent history(2-3yrs ago) I've had one letter from customs that got sent to my old P.O.box and before I knew any better I signed for the certified letter but never responed. I'm not worried about that letter. Except I had about 50amps of deca(50mg) disappear three months ago. I also ordered some clomid and nova w/it but it never made it to the addy. It got sent back to my foreign source sayn that it was undeliverable to that addy. He then resent clomid and nova, same addy different name, and I recieved it. I asked him about the deca and my source said "haven't seen it". Then this shit happened. I've been moving from that apartment. today is my last day there. I will be forwarding mail to my new place of residence. What should I do? Go get the letter(sign for it) or fuck it. Will they hunt me down as soon as customs get there letter back from the post office?

Tell me, have you ever got good news in a certified letter? It's either bill collectors, lawyers, courts or cops. I don't care to hear from any of those dicks. Just ignore it and move. But then maybe your great, great aunt died and left you a fortune in her will..........

All that letter means is that they sent the package signature required, and because you werent 'there to sign for it they didnt leave it. I would just go pick it up.
