customs seizure

hey bros, i just got my stuff in the mail the other day, but unlike the packages i usu. get with stuff INSIDE of it, it had a green sticker on the front that said "EXAMINED" and a written number on the othe side of the package. i opened it up and it was empty of course, excpet for instructions for the stuff(that my guy includes w/ shipping) and a U.S. Customs letter basically saying they've seized my stuff, because its illegal to ship it into the US, yatta,yatta, yatta....MY MAIN ? is... the product that I was suppose to get was just Clomid (clomiphene citrate) 24 tabs. ..now, will they come a knockin? am i cool if i just lay low for a while, or maybe switch to domestic? please bros, i know u've vets and mods have seen ?'s like this b4, please reply ASAP! thanks!

They won't come knockin, they're not worried about 24 clomid tabs, which is approved for sale in the US with a script. I wouldn't lay low for a while, they're not worried about it, place your order domestically this time though.

why would they even confiscate 24 tabs? its less than a 90 day supply of a non-controlled substance???

That 90 day rule only applies to medication that cannot be obtained in the USA with a script (drugs that have not been approved by the FDA for sale in the USA b/c they are still too experimental but are sold in other countries) That rule does not apply to medication that can be obtained with a valid script. Clomid is readily available with a scrip therefor the 90 day rule does not apply to it and it is illegal to import. However, since it is not a controlled substance I wouldn't worry too much about it. All this crap is clearly explained on the FDA web site accessible to the public. I think it is really in order to protect big drug companies from loosing money to cheap overseas drugs.

My clomids were inspected too but they signed it and let it pass. I cant remember for sure but they wrote something like health...or vitamins...or someting in the description
