Sure, I'll give you the VERY SIMPLIFIED VERSION:

If you SUSPECT you are being setup (i.e. a NEW postal carrier is knocking on your door with package in hand wanting signature...tell them no, its not mine...DONT SIGN)
Another example is if at a PO Box they might stick a slip in your box (with some BS of how your pack is broken, and you need to come to the counter to pick it up and sign for it)...These are ways they MAY try and get you with...

But MANY times they will have a conditional search warrant already in hand...The problem for them is if you DONT take said package then theyre warrant is useless

If you miss the signs and find yourself with your door getting kicked in for the 1000 tabs you just ordered from your overseas guy (you know because he was int'l and you saved all of $80 by using him instead of your domestic friend ) that you just accepted and took into your possession then there is ONE RULE OF THUMB TO REMEMBER:

DONT SAY A THING TO THE POLICE....THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. THEY WILL USE ANYTHING THEY CAN THINK OF TO EXTRACT INFO FROM YOU FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF USING IT AGAINST YOU TO CONVICT YOU

Everything Term said is spot on. When you order, make sure your source sends in a manner that requires NO SIGNATURE. If you are asked for a signature grab the package, look at the sender and say "I'm not expecting anything from anyone like this" and refuse delivery.

The other way, which I don't suggest but would work is this.

First CLEAN HOUSE of everything before you order. Do not have so much as a syringe wrapper in your house. Then when the shipment comes and they ask for a signature say "Hmm that is odd, I never ordered anything, I wonder what this is" Then sign for it. This manner will keep you from refusing when there might not be anything wrong. Then if they come in and search and say you ordered gear BLAH BLAH BLAH, say " I never ordered anything, anyone could have sent that to my house", then proceed to say "I am not saying anything else without a lawyer" Then keep your trap shut. Give them NOTHING. If they have a search warrant they will find NOTHING, cuz you cleaned house.

Ohh, and remember, they can search your trash once you put it out to the road without any warrant. So if they suspect you and they take your trash they can get enough evidence to get a search warrant. BE CAREFUL!

Yep. Tell me about it. lmao. This needs to be drilled inside every skull on this board. NEVER EVER EVER SAY A WORD WITHOUT YOUR LAWYER! Do not deny anything do not say a word. Just thank them for doing there job and tell them to speak with your lawyer. I have known guys for a long time who I though would never talk and seen them fold when the heat comes after them.

One friend of mine got caught at the box before he had possession. He let them search his car; he pissed in a cup and gave a statement. They found 10 anadrol in his car. He did not know they where there but still. In the statement he never admitted to anything but denying is still at statement and they can use it. Some people are either fucking stupid or pussies I guess.

Remember, you can STILL be setup there too

Its best to know BEFOREHAND WHAT to do in case it DOES happen...Preventing it is like playing the SLots...you pull the lever enough times and your bound to get hit once

you will never get your door kicked in, if they dont have an address to go to. Good advice term but I still think that if a bro is getting anything illegal, why not get addy changed on license? Why not give that license to mailbox etc, why not just pay electric,cable,phone,water etc in an alias, pay the small deposit if you have too. It is not technically illegal to use another name, it becomes a crime when you try to commit a crime with that new name, example getting credit card in john smiths name with your fake id or something. If the shit hits the fan, the feds get your "address" from license databases, ups store, cable ,phone,electric,water companies etc... Then they can go to your workplace and request it, and guess what if everyone has the mailbox etc... address, there is no door to kick in unless they feel like kicking the po box business door in! lol Term has some good info, and I think this is a good way to help avoid having to worry about cleaning out the house, always sweating a door bell ringing, always seeing someone outside and wondering if they are checking you out, getting a real package and wondering if it is a fed in a ups uniform. When noone has your home address, noone can find you unless you want to be found. I dont know about you but I like the option of coming in on my own along with the security of knowing I dont have to worry about cleaning out my house and hiding every illegal thing there, shit they would have me before I could get it all out!! my .2 brother, take it or leave it.

True True, but The mailbox that I have is 24 hr access and I do not go to get anything that I am "waiting for" until about midnight or so. I would never go in and sign for anything. I get my mail usually at night anyway. I cant remember the last time I actually saw anyone that worked there. The key is to be safe and to use common sense. I meant for my post to add in with yours. If a bro sees something out of the norm, you just walk away and dont sign for anything. I still think it is better to be anonymous than to allow the feds to walk up to your door unannounced. We are on the same page term, but I think this is a good solid defense.

good advice above but one thing to consider is if you are getting anything illegal, why give out your home addy to anyone? I mean why not get your license changed to 1010 elm st or some random street. I have nothing in my real name. I pay the electric,cable,phone,water deposits in cash and send money orders each month.I never have any I mean ANY mail to my living address. I have everything sent to my ups addy. It is a street address so it looks good. The govt knows it is a po box but whatever. If noone knows your real address there is no knock at the door. I read about it in a book by an ex cia guy and it is good stuff. Tells how to make yourself invisible. Some will find it extreme, but I use it and live by it , I have no worries about big bro stopping by for a visit. Like everyone said, buy domestic, this oversees thing is getting stupid. Everyone I know has gotten a letter. Little higher but you get your stuff. good luck!

Bud, I hate to tell you this, but just paying by cash or money order doesn't insulate you. If they really want you they'll just run a check with your local utilities - only way around that is if your utilities are in someone else's name.
