customs at the tj border

i did a seach, but didn't see this specific situation:

i live in san diego and am not that far from the border, so it's pretty convenient to visit tj.

let's say i go down, hit the vet, and i buy one bottle of ttokkyo oxandrolone 5mg. ok, so i've invested about $130.

now, as i walk back across the border, luck of the draw, i get a red light. so, i know i'm going to be searched.

what happens (legally and to my oxandrolone) if when they ask if i've got anything to declare, i pull out my bottle of ox and hand it to them.

does the ox fall under the 90 day personal supply rule, or the 30 day personal supply controlled substance rule? can they hit you with fines or penalties for trying to bring the ox back if you're up front about it when asked?

i'm just wondering what happens if you get caught with a small amount and hand it to them before they search you - it can't be called smuggling.

i go down regularly to buy my clen, but i've never gotten red lighted to test this situation.

Answer: They take it off of you. Take you in back-try to scare the shit out of you. They can fine you because there is a sign that basically says "Contraband-dump it or pay a fine....ect" and it is BEFORE you go thru thru the checkpoint.

NO-steroids dont fall under that rule-also remember the oxandralone is a VET product and not a human one so its a moot point.
