we used to have two days for legs but decided to consolidate because my buddy has football practice during the week. do you guys think it's a solid one? we alter the rep range every couple weeks. go 3 weeks at 3x10, 3 at 4x8, 3 at 5x5, do a light week and start over. it is based on one in an article i read on here a while ago.

yah my first thought when i read your routine is you got it from an article :P
i guess thats fine...but you wont look like the guys doing the exercises in the magz. Yah youll maintain good build/health on this program, but since were men, we dont settle for average. get on a new program! what are your goals?

well i suppose i'm going for mass gain and strength gain. Who isn't? I am something like 6'1 (183 cm) and 190 lbs (86 kg). Arms 17.5, legs 24, waist 33. why is this program only average?
