hey whats up . im in my third week of a winny and anabolin and just started my cyp. i know these arent miracle drugs. the outcome is determined by hard work, good diet , rest and so forth and so on. but my question is what should i look for to determine if things are working goood. any thing that would lead me top belive that one i have legit shit, and the other is to see if my training should be altered. i am currently 5'10 215 about 15% bf. i was at 202 with about 18%. so i have gained some wieght and lost some bf. any help would be appreciated i have tryout this june 8th and 9th for the Astros, and july !4th -17th for the giants. i want to be in tip top shape and really wow the scouts.
 
if you describe your vials and amps or just look on www.anabolex.com they have lots of pics.

diet and intensity is everything

protein should be 1-1.5g per lb
carbs should be double that
and fat should be half or protein

lots of other opinions on diet though. check out diet board.

do cardio before breakfast and weights before dinner.

eat small meals instead of a few large ones

hey thanks a bunch. i know the winny is good. Upjohn Winny. but just not sure about the cyp.should i feel differnently or my moods differnt???
