Current cycle and goals/ results

Plan is to take it to the next level. Size wise .

Week 1-11 t400( 200 Mgs/week)
1-11 eq 600 Mgs/week
1-10 tren e 200mgs/week
1-52 HGH 5iu post workout eod ( love this shit)
7-11 var or androtechnologies M1T ( yet to decide)

11-23 t400 (200mgs/week)
11-23 eq 300 Mgs/week
11-23 proviron 50 Mgs/day

23-30 test prop 150 eod
23-30 NPP 150 eod
23-30 EQ 600mgs/week
23-30 winny 25 Mgs/day, or epistrong (45-60 Mgs/day )..or maybe tbol but tbol and eq can equal real high bp in some.

Cycle is never set in stone, I adjust by how I'm feeling. This is just my " plan " which I will work around.

30-52 test cruise 150/week

1-52 need2guard
1-40 hcgenerate , ES, and hcg cycled back n forth

Fish oils, tb500 , and everything else imaginable health wise.

Plan is to get bigger stronger leaner And faster. And healthier.

4 weeks in and feeling pretty much like a beast. I love HGH and the addition of it into this cycle is already making itself apparent. Cardio is drastically improved. More than I ever recall in the past.
Pumps are explosive and skin bursting
And strength as of this last week is really climbing daily. No negative sides yet except I'm having a fuck of a time sleeping. But I think the HGH is keeping me refreshed,
Not tired, skin feels smooth as does hair and a good sense of well being.
I have nolva, clomid, letro , aromasin,
Caber and all sorts of other goodies at my disposal. I do also have T3 but don't really like it or how it makes me feel. Heaviest I've ever been was 217 and was pretty thick but fat started climbing. Currently at 212 and much leaner than ever... At this weight. its a 10 lb increase in 4 weeks thus far. Usually at this weight I have fat deposits around my lower chest which isn't too noticeable but still bugs me. This time I have 0 and my pants are getting looser, chest is flat and nips rock hard. shirts hang off shoulders but Measurements are going up! Minus waist:P

Joints are feeling really good too . Not in a masking way either, feels like my hip flexors and SI joints are looser than ever and back in place, they have been slightly twisted for over a year since a nasty snowboard bail.

Will pct when I feel ready.
Bloodwork and liver panel week 14
Donate blood as I feel the need to, I have ran eq for longer durations before and I know that high RBC feeling. It's uncomfortable .

Thx man, should be Interesting it's a big step up for me but I know when I feel overwhelmed and if that happens ill back off. I have legit primo too but decided to leave it out as there is enough in this run already.

You may change your mind at the week 23 mark ;). Primo would be awesome there. But you're right, that'd be a lot a juice

Out of curiosity, why are you running proviron during the middle cruise instead of during one of the blasts?

It's mild and non toxic, just will help make my cruise dose even more effective. I always feel good on proviron.

I guess I could use it in first blast but the second one I already have a dht.

I like the way you are incorporating proviron a lot... that's exactly how i am planning its use as well with the cruise... its suppression is at a minimum and its great for use in that way...

I like the cycle bro... It should work well... eq is fucking awesome... you are going to really love it the further along you get...

you know, after you complete your cruise, you could really run it longer than you have on the second end and still get the gains... thats up to you as i see your running shorter esters but if you change your mind, an extended run on the back, especially with primo and eq would be nice... good luck bro... should be a great cycle...

Thx Dylan, your input is greatly appreciated. I was looking over my cycle and realize your right , I have cut the back end short, maybe ill do some revamping. If I were to use primo on the back half how would you suggest I do so ? And I am noticing the eq already 4 weeks in. Muscle pumps are getting huge , vascularity and endurance also. I decided the first part of the cycle won't have any methyl oral added, only because I feel I have abused em in the past and Ill stay off them longer. In that case I have started proviron early as I have boat loads of it, and I have katanadrol v3 maybe I could use 7-11 instead? Maybe swap out NPP for primo? And just stay on my t400 rather than prop. I also have a ton of masteron E but where does a guy draw the line ..

What i would do is this bro... This is what Ledhead taught me about myostatin and gains... the first part of the cycle should be 8 weeks... you can kick an oral in week 8-11 and i think you are fine with anavar... i LOVE what your doing cruising the eq but i would cruise it at 250 along with test at 250... starting week 20, run test, eq and primo... you can run mast as well but im thinking along these lines... week 20-40 test, eq and primo... week 27-40 start mast e... run primo 600 mg week... eq 600... mast 500-600... keep test low... 350 is fine... let the others shine... then cruise for a few months after... That is a strong cycle bro...
 
I like it. The only issue is the extended period of higher doses really don't give much to any benefit after the 8-10 week mark up to around week 20. I would implement your cruise during that time.

Sounds like you are looking for an overall recomp by the end of this. What type of diet and macros are you at during this cycle?

Hey Rick. Thx for dropping in big guy! I carb cycle for the most part, and on my heavy legs and deads I tend to smash back 400 so carbs within a few hours of training, on a day to day basis though I take In about 350 protein 200-300 carbs ( medium day) and 130 fats.. I don't count but I know my body well enough to adjust by how I feel and look. I will periodically fast for 16-24 hours once or twice a week it always seems to help me cleanse so to speak. My goals are to get more size obviously , and id like to increase my sprinting speed and explosiveness as I often play in a fairly tough rugby league when given the chance. Naturally I want to be bigger and leaner to look better aswell. I mean who doesn't want that. I want to be a head turner while at the same time people take a look and say god damn I don't want to run into him in a back ally. May sound funny but I do take my training and nutrition very seriously. As it is my passion for life!

That's awesome man. Its a very similar approach to what I'm doing right now. I've been doing some carb manipulation with high days on my big workout days and mid-low carbs on off days/cardio days (generally EOD). I will also implement a big refeed about once per week on average.

As you know, I'm an IF guy, but I'm only fasting 3-4 days per week right now (off/cardio days only) and I'm at 6 meals on workout days. I'm trying this plan out to try and add as much mass as possible while staying pretty damn lean. I want to hit the stage again next year, and come in as big and ripped as possible!


I'm definitely interested in how everything treats you. I'm cruising right now, but will be hitting it hard with Test/EQ/Tren this fall/winter.
 
Getting leaner and thicker , starting to look freaky . Eq endurance is in effect I can cardio forever and just superset all exercises . It's hard to take a min Inbetween I just wanna keep lifting lol. Permanent pump too . Was shrugging 120 lb dbells with ease last night strength is skyrocketing. Also noticing increases aggression across the board

I didn't read every post word for word, but cruising other responses I didn't see anyone mention pulsing you HGH. You said 5iu's PWO I would break that up. I've been doing 4-6iu's the last few month (sometimes I increase or decrease my dose based on IF I can get my wedding ring over my knuckle or not, sad barometer I know). Your body naturally produces GH in pulses in roughly 3 hr waves and you want to keep that pulse going.

If you want to stay at 5iu's maybe do 2iu's pre-workout and 3iu's post-workout or 2 pre, 2 post, 1 pre-bed or 1 pre, 1 post, 1 before lunch, 1 dinner, 1 bed. My understanding from reading Dat's forum the more pulses the better and at the end of the day you still get 5 iu's.

That's all I would change I like the rest.
