I get a little nervous going up that high... i feel like any breakdown in form and i could tear something.

I also got this fucking pain in the muscle of my forearm running along the bone... anyone get that shit?

I like curling more than most people at my college gym can bench... it makes me feel pretty.
75lbs. is pretty cool. i have a 60lb. one. heavy as hell but i like it that way.

Work up higher on the Hammer curls first before going up on the front or spider curls with dbs. This will give your forearm the needed increase in tendon and size to compensate for the larger weights on front curls.

peace & cool.

I was cranking the 90s last year on cycle. When I came off the gear I realized the injury I'd caused myself in my forearm.

Be careful!

I did the same shit on the bench.I was towards the end of my first cycle last year and was benching the hell out of some weight.I did something to my shoulder and have been letting it heal.Live and learn

yeah man that's your tendons

get accustomed to heavier weights before going nuts with them, you'll be glad you did

i had tendon/wrist pain for a long fuckign time because i made bicep strength increases much too quickly for my tendons to keep up

shit hurt doing everything requiring grip

i know this is a problem while on test because the muscles grow faster than the tendons blah blah, but can you get tendon problems being natural?

and by tendon problems i dont mean any at all, but is it common to?
