I hear all you do is place one tab on a hard surface a press it with your thumb....If it is real hard and leaves a mark on your thumb then they say it's real, but if it crumbles when you press on it then it supposedly fake....

This is the test. Know it sounds silly but from what I have always understood it works, besides taking it to a lab. I always pondered why don't counterfieters just make their a little more rugged to withstand this test? But if my pinkies did crumble then I would definetely question them.
