Crumb Cake Diet

Im running a diet very similar to CRUMb cakes, around 400grams of protein 120 grams of fat, 50carbs post workout, taken with ALA. How bad would it be to take ALA on a day when I eat no carbs, it is saturday around noon and I havent had carbs for almost 24hrs, I was gonna have some eggs, and some ALA, get deep into Keto, but Is that bad idea because fat might get sent via the ala reaction. ANy ideas comments, THANKS

Hmm, I'm not sure if I should respond to a person WHO CAN'T SPELL MY NAME RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

Why's that Crum? I've been taking 200mg 3 times/day just as an antioxidant and for my liver.

Well, I admit I opened this thread because I thought, well, maybe someone HAD come up with a diet where I could eat crumbcake all day - preferably Enteman's.

Sigh...

Anyway - I have been taking ALA for antioxidant/mercury chelation and also am kind of low carb and wondering why I should not take this. I don't do carb-ups, except as a cheat, so what's to fear?

Thanks in advance,

Fawn

Fawn you silly corrupted bastard. lol

JG, Hey bro, do not take it EVERYDAY, perhaps 200mg isn't enough to throw into hypo, so that might be fine.

TAKE IT ON YOUR CARB UP DAYS in big dosages.

Hey JG.,... go check your pm over at RL!!!!!! I want those HQI's~!!!!!!

Crum, how often did you recommend having a carb up meal on this diet, and how many carbs would you recommend in that meal?

The only carbs I've been taking in is about 38g (1/4c dextrose) postworkout, 3 days per week. Feeling a hell of a lot leaner though.

I'll check the pm over RL.

It depends on the individual... If you feel cool and not flat, then only incorporate a carb up every 7 days... 2 x your bodyweight.

Go ahead and do a full body circuit type workout right before, then soak up some simple carbs, after that, do not take in any simple carbs, make sure they are all grainy/complex.

You can even go ahead and have 2 carb up days per week, although one every 5-7 days is probably best for fat loss.

holy shit, that'll be about 460g carbs. I'm assuming this is not just for one meal, space it threwout the day? Would a carb up day be better then a carb up meal? I'd hate to eat carbs all day long and feel guilty about it, but one large carb meal might be the ticket. Really not feeling too flat, definitely not feeling pumped, but I still feel mildly full. This diet is working great :)

What you can do is go on the moderation diet for 1 day as your carb up day.

First 3 - complex carb/ lean pro
last 3 - unsat fats/ lean pro

You find out the shipping cost yet?

I'll try that then. First three meals complex carbs. Given my weight is 233lbs, how many carbs per meal would you recommend for those first three meals.

Yeah, I checked the shipping cost at USPS, looks like it will be about $40 to ground ship it. I'll check UPS & Fed-Ex and see what they'll charge
