I've decided to record what I'm eating for these days so I have some kind of record of how I've been eatin. So I'm gonna write it all down in this thread starting today.
Day 3 of Crum Diet
7:00 - Plain Oatmeal

And, BTW, I'm doing the modified version Crum posted up. Not the original. I'll do the original a week after I finish this one. That should work out pretty well..This one'll show me I CAN lose bodyfat, while the original diet will hopefully get me ripped..
