Its near the top just to the left of my spine its like a pinch goes tingly for a few seconds. I also feel a slight click on bottom of back when squating although this dosent really bother me its more the other one as this happend a while back on bench and nearlly dropped the bar.

As for the workout i input my new RM`s and week 1 is pretty much bar a few lbs where i left off on week 9 of the last run. 300lb dead i should hit on week 9 of this run with abit of luck.

We're both gonna be makin a run at that 300x5 dead soon, best of luck to you crossy, week 9 here you come!!! You're bulking this time around though right? Weren't you cutting last time?

quit saying IF! YOU WILL and keep on saying that when you go to do it! back is better, the drugs and i really believe working out helped yesterday. Going to again tonight, I can't wait!

Thanks Bro same to you. Last time i was in confusion stage where i thought i was eating enough to bulk but i was just eating enough for maintenance. Then i decided not to bulk then changed my mind again and again you get the picture. Got a mindset to bulk now so i am cool with that but for how long will depends on results etc. I really want to hit the 300lb dead i cannot wait. I dont know how drastic eating more cals will affect my lifting in terms of strengh. I still havent had time to sit and read much about bulking so if anyone has any meals plans to hand or a few specific links they would be greatly appreciated.

Glad to hear the back is better carefull though dont go fuck it up by starting training to early. Ok i will have PMA now :)
