Hi there looking for some advice really,
Reading through the Internet I can't really seem to get a good answer just scanning through....
A little bit of background information
I'm 22 years old
I weigh 210lbs (95kg)
Bodyfat is 11%
Height 6ft 1
I have about 24 weeks until a competition and am looking to get some pretty good strength gains for then as I feel that would make me an all round better athelete.
I have been reading about dbol only cycle and was thinking about doing 2 4 week cycles supported with milk thistle to look after the old liver and the going to do doing a 6 week anavar cycle to help me keep as much lean mass as possible.
Or doing a prop only cycle for 2 4 week cycles and then doing a 6 week anavar cycle.
Just looking for some advice really
I want to get strong and increase my performance massively and try and sit at around 8-10% body fat.
What do people recommend?
Im a complete newbie to this so some dumbed down advice would be awesome as this interests me massively and love to learn.
In regards to nutrition I would say its pretty spot on, I'm consuming around 4000kcal a day.
If I have missed something out then just ask. As I said all help is appreciated
