critque my diet......im stuck and a great diet for abs ..right?

should i add more carbs ..i been low carbing w/ an occational carb up and nopw i took out the dextrose post workout..i used to eat 30 grams of carbs and under but this is my current diet for about 1 month

meal1
6eggwhites
1/2cup oats w protein powder-wheyoptimum

meal2
cottage cheese with berries

meal3post workout
30 grams of optimum whey...2 carbs..----sometimes ill throw in some oats or skim milk if not just dextrose and whey

meal4
5oz chicken with veggies w/1tsp of flax

meal5
tuna w.veggies and tbsp of flax

meal6
5 eggwhites w/ 1 tbsp of natural pbutter<~sometimes no fat in this meal..does it matter?

i also train 4 times a week with cardio 1st thing in the am for 25-45 min alternating walking on an incline with HIIT sprinting...
 
If this is what you have been eating for the past month, you need a refeed. Do a carb up on a saturday or sunday.
 
hey i mean will that 1 carb up help ..i have alot of carbs on lef days and dextrose post workout..is that good enough or take out the dextrose when cutting and just have whey
 
Missy a good carb load is 200grams or more of carbs. If you have been eating under a 100 grams for a while, you could use a carb load.
 
I don't know how you guys function on this amount of food ? And you said something about 30g of carbs. p/day ? Amazing to me.

I'm struggling with 400 grams of carbs. p/day (light headed some of the time). I planned on "getting down" to 200 grams of carbs. p/day after another 6 weeks or so.

But then again, I was consuming 600 grams of carbs. p/day, so possibly we're talking about different variables.
 
MRJ I agree with you. I suggested the 200g amount because she has been eating so little and would probably have trouble eating more than that.
 
Why do so many people

view carbs as bad? You can consume up to 1.5 grams of carbs per LBM per day and still cut.
 
people who cut dont consuume that much ....why 1.5 per LBM? wehat if i have bad genetics? i need less carbs for fat loss ? or less fat for fat loss?
