Critque my cycle?

First time poster, very long time lurker. My stats: 31y/o, 238lbs 19-20% bf based on that Omron bullshit. Been lifting for year, played Div II football, and had 5 years Active Duty in the military. Current lifts OHP 260, Deadlift 540, Bench 345, Squat 495. Been running the 5/3/1 for awhile and i'd like to train and do an AM show next summer (just for my own benifit). Anyways, I didnt really want to run Test, but I guess i'll have to since it's "the base" for all cycles. Had acne real bad as a kid and squashed it with Accutane. Havent had it for years but i'm nervous the test will flare it up. Anyways, heres the cycle the i'd like some input on if you can:

60mg Var 1-8
400mgs Test-E 1-12
400mgs Primo 1-12
HCGenerate 1-4
HCG 500iu x2 4-8
HCGenerate 8-12
Forma 12-18
(12-16 5/5 pumps)
(16-18 3/3 pumps)
Unleashed/Post Cyle 12-16
Bridge 16-20
N2Slin 12-18
Ancient Strength 1-8
N2Guard 1-20
Liquid Stane 1/2 ml EOD 1-12
Gear 1-20

Tons of support supps, but I want to keep it safe and make recovery easier.

2nd; 19-20% BF and obly lifting for a year isn't a good combo for a cycle.

Is it safe to assume this is your 1st cycle? Way to much gear for any 1st cycle?

Thanks for the reply, the year thing was a typo. It should say yearS. I am 6' on the dot. Obviously I lifted alot playing college football, and continued throughout my military career. Ive hit some hard sticking points on my PRs the past 6 months. As far as cycles go, this will be my first pinning cycle. I did Helladrol w/ the "Perfect PCT" stack from MrSupps around January 2012. Didnt get much from that, if anything. Then around summer, I did Dylan's triple SARM stack. Nasty tasting shit, but I loved that ride. Now on to this one, I realize that it might be a little much. I was hoping I could sneak in Primo (especially since Santa Clause said he had some Shering Amps). Honestly, Id rather just run Primo and Var. I'd really like to stay away from aromatizing juice. But, since test is the base, i guess im stuck with it. So would just the test and var be fine? Or drop the var too? Im not going the dbol or beast route.
 
If you feel like you need to run test as a base, 250mg/week would be a perfect dose for you. Just because most people run 500mg on this board doesn't mean that that's standard or good especially for a first cycle. I would say run 350 if you were running test solo, but you just want the base effects of it. 250 is perfect to keep your libido up, feel good, and all that... and the best part is that at that dose, sides shouldn't be a factor (gyno, etc.)
Also, I would run var the last 6-8 weeks not at the beginning.

i think your fine with what your running... the two problems i see is like ez said, your body fat is too high bro... you need to get that shit down first... be smart and wait until you are ready... you need to run primo longer as well...
