critique my pre contest diet

alright yall......i dont know what else to do,i cant seem to loose that little bit of fat around my waist. heres my diet/training program.....

8:30 cardio(empty stomach) 2 xenadrines,and 25mcg T-3

10:00-meal 1....60grams of oatmeal,and 44 grams of whey protein

12:30-1:00-meal 2.....plain grilled chicken sandwich(2 breasts) from miami subs. and water CHEAT MEAL of the day(25mcg T-3)

go to the gym and train.....example...chest and tri's protein shake imeadatly after(44 grams of whey)

meal 3- new york strip,or LEAN serloin cooked on the george foreman grill

go back to the gym to do another hour of cardio,2 xenadrines and 25mcgs of T-3

come home eat 2 cans of tuna(low sodioum) and water

around 11:30 or 12 ill have a boiled chicken breast and last T-3 of the day

1:00......44 grams of whey protein......then to bed!!!!


im almost threw with a 50cc bottle of winnie V,
about to finish with my sustanon 10 amps.
and ive been on T-3 for 3 weeks......i figure im at no higher than 10 percent bodyfat....but cant seem to loose that extra skin around my waistline........any advice would be greatly appreciated!
......by the way my average carb intake ranges from 90-150 grams a day.
