critique my diet

so ive been cutting this is what im.eating

Breakfast
3 hard boiled egg whites
medium cup of Plain oatmeal mixed in water
expresso no sugar and a splash of cream

Lunch:
whole weat wrap with vegetables, chicken, lettuce and a tiny bit of guacamole
small cup of regular tuna fish

Snack 1
Custom small salad just a little spinach, tomatos, onions, corn, sunflower seeds, Alot of chicken some turkey and a spoonfull of rasberry vinigrette all packed in real tight

Snack 2
Large navel orange fage 0 percent greek plain yogurt

post workout 4-5 days a week afterglow it has 32 carbs 20g protein 26 unrefined sugar(supposed to be best post workout supp)

Dinner either mahi mahi, chicken or white fish with vegetables

Im 165 pounds btw im doing a hour on eliptical daily losing 475-525 cals plus working out. I used to count macros but shit got tough with custom wrap and salads.

Looks pretty solid man. I would take corn out for one thing, I find it fucks with my cut, isn't really a necessary nutrient in my cut due to the sugar. The only time I really eat fruit is after my workout for my fast carbs and sugar. As long as your protein is around 225 and keep your carbs low/cut off after your workout, looks good dude!

Yeah man what I've realized is as the weeks go on, you'll find great substitutes and it'll all fit in to where you're comfortable and all that shit. Keep up the good work
 
I just dont get why guys that weigh 180 or less wanna cut. You can get lean as you gain mass by eating clean. Its not easy, but nothing worth having ever is. But Im biased, I have always trained to be big and strong and being skinny is a scary thought. If you still decide to cut, instead of lean bulk, make sure to keep protein high to minimize muscle loss while dieting.

ya joe i hear what ur saying but im.actually staying same weight and losing bf so its nice. Sometimes I almost look to big i dno I think my back and shoulders are massive

You can never be too jacked. And if your dropping fat and staying the same weight thats good.
