Critique My BP Routine.

Been doing 5x5 for a while and going to give periodization a shot. Here's what I have thus far. Been training for a two years now. K to those who help.

Good, old Western Periodization. It has taken it knocks lately with the growing popularity of Eastern European methods, and I never personally thought it was ideal, but it is a systematic approach to getting stronger and it has worked for a good deal of people who are seriously strong.

I see nothing wrong with your setup....do you have a second bench day? How does the rest of your training look?

I don't have a second bench day. But I do have Incline bench, Dips, and Flyes after this. This is just to get my bench strong as the first exercise. The rest of my training is fine and I'm progressing. My bench is just stuck. :(


Got any links to Eastern Methods? I'm up for anything!
