Looks pretty solid. Just a couple quick questions:

1) Why the Smith? Free weight bench and military presses are so much more beneficial. No spotter or something? Just ask someone dude.

2) Just my opinions, but for shoulders, why not something like:

Military presses 5x5
Seated DB Presses 2x8-10
Later raises 2x8-10

I'm a believer that lots of delt size comes from lots of pressing. JMO. See what works for you.

3) On leg day, I would add some more focus to the quads, via something like leg presses, 2x8-10

Just a few simple suggestions, but your overall routine looks like it will work very well.

Thanks for the feedback. I can see the points you make.
I use the smith because it allows me to use maximum weight without a spotter. I figure my stabilisers are worked well during the dumbell exercises.
My front delts are very developed due to so much pressing to the front with Incline, benching, and shoulder presses.
By only doing one pressing action I am emphasising the mid and rear delts to try and bring them up to par.
The same applies to my legs. I cycle to work everyday, do cardio and what with so many presses, I have built up my quads to the extent that they dwarf my hamstrings. Hence no leg press.
What do you all think?
