Critique first time workout

Flat Bench Press
Dumbell Press
Dumbell Flys
Barbell Curls
Dumbell Curls

Wednesday

Military Press
Side Laterals
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbell Shrugs
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows

Friday

Squats
Standing Calf Raises
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Tricep Extension
Close Grip Bench Press

How's that looking?
 
Id hit inclines for the chest as well. Id also do atleast 4 bicep exercises at 3 sets each. How many sets do you get in? Id add two more exercises to the triceps too. Aside from that it looks pretty good, aside from the fact that you are hitting all of that in 3 days time. Id definately split it into 5 days and get some good volume and intensity in. Also Im assuming you hit abs,rear delts,forearms on random days? The exercise selection looks good though. Keep it up!!
