I know i should post this in another section but there is alot of people in here so here it is.
Stats:
Age: 29
Weight:160
height: 6 feet tall
I am a Endurance athlete, Training looks like this:
Cardio: 2 hours
high reps light weights everyother day
legs days when not lifting
knee raises , crunches abs
30 min boxing
swiming on days when not boxing
Cycle:
stan : 30-40 mg a day

clen : 80-140 mcg a day
Take all 4 weeks and then 4 week off and then start second cycle. I got this information from provider. During the 4 week off period i take forged pct.
