critic my weightlifting form

squating looks decent for a full OLY style squat.

"Decline" isn't so Decline... very slight. Your arms are perpendicular to your body just like on a flat bench. I'd call that Flat Hammer DB Pressing.
 
Dead Lifts are suppost to be picked up from the ground and all the weight should be set on the floor after each rep, hence, Dead Lift. The weight should be dead on the floor after each rep.

dropping the weights on the ground makes a big noise, so i wear hearing protection, I wear them all the time, vacuuming, all sorts of things where there is loud noise, best thing ive ever bought mate

I'm not looking at another one of your videos until you put fucking clothes on.

it's 38* F here, yes cold as shit.

I don't care if it's 110* F there... put on a snow suit, I don't want to see your little body back back or legs.
 
I wear no clothes so you can see my naked back and other body parts to see if they are in proper form,alignment,. please take me seriously very few people seem to want to give even the most basic of constructive criticism
 
I thought after his last post I would go back and look at more videos. First I went to the Yates Row video, where he did have a black wife beater on, but for some reason had on a ski mask.

I moved on and found this classic. If you do not have this in your current routine, it's a must add for anyone that wishes to pack on the mass.

That is hands down the gayest thing I have ever witnessed. Whoever that really is needs more than help with his weightlifting form.

I wonder what your neighbors think when they look at their window and see this idiot working out in his back yard without a shirt showing off his horrible tan, old gray "grandpa socks", and those huge "shooting range" headphones on. Thats got to be a funny, but incredibly disgusting. haha

Mainly the noise annoys them.
 
i watched some of your videos. i never saw you do more than 6 reps. you should concentrate on getting 12 reps with your body build to get your form down perfectly before attempting lower reps.
