I don't know why It happens, but sometimes when im workin out I get terrible indigestion, all I can do is burp up gas, and my workout sux. I eat about 7 meals a day extremely clean, and get about 350g/day of protein. I always wait an hour b4 workin out, and im usually fine, but sometimes the indigestion is so bad I have no energy to lift. Anyone ever experience this? Any help would be great. Thanx
