Crippling Indigestion!!!!!!

I don't know why It happens, but sometimes when im workin out I get terrible indigestion, all I can do is burp up gas, and my workout sux. I eat about 7 meals a day extremely clean, and get about 350g/day of protein. I always wait an hour b4 workin out, and im usually fine, but sometimes the indigestion is so bad I have no energy to lift. Anyone ever experience this? Any help would be great. Thanx
 
I had the same problem for awhile. If you up your fiber especially in the morning and at night It helps a lot. Also Try probiotics in the morning and ginger root before meals
 
I am with you bro. I often get bad indigestion and heartburn. F-in Sux. I usually get it at night when I am trying to sleep. Anyway, go to a doctor and see if he will prescribe you Prilosec. It is for heartburn. Also if I dont have that I take 3 or 4 zantax, over the counter. Also an anti-gas over the counter med may help. A good tip is try not to lay down right after eating. Wait a couple of hours before laying down. Also try not to eat a couple of hours before you go to bed however when you are a bodybuilder it is hard not to. Good luck bro. Stay away from tomato's, onions, chocolate and anything spicy. Hope this helps.
 
Hay bro I got a script for that shit today, I only need to take a pill when I really need it. My Doc says that it the best. Prilosec 20mg 116.00 for 30 at walmart but it isworth it.
 
Prilosec is the only thing that helps me when I get bad heartburn. It works! I don't get heartburn for several months after I take it. Def worth having.
 
If I hit the water fountain at the gym too much during my workout it seems to cause the heartburn. Maybe it get's me too full? Just a thought.
